On 20 May 2026, Council for the Development of Cambodia issued a press release on 42 investment projects with a total investment capital of approximately US$222 million registered in Cambodia in April 2026.
The total investment projects registered in Cambodia, both by the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) and the Provincial Investment Subcommittee (PISC), are 42 projects with a total investment capital of approximately US$222 million and can create a total of approximately 24,000 jobs. Of these 42 investment projects, 23 investment projects (13 outside special economic zones, 10 inside special economic zones) have been registered by the CDC with an investment capital of approximately US$158 million and can create approximately 18,000 jobs.
